🌍 Bond selloff in the driver's seat

US 10-year yields sit near 5.2%, the highest since 2007, and the 30-year is at 5.5%, a level not seen since 2004. Japan's 10-year yield has hit 3.1%, a 30-year high. After the Fed's first hike in three years, markets see about a 67% chance of another move in October. Hopes of a phased US–Iran deal on the Strait of Hormuz are offset by a Houthi missile attack on Saudi Arabia. 🛢️
